Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions of JS Admin Services provide both parties understanding regarding assignments to be completed, the costs involved, timing for completion, timing for payments and issues regarding client property.
Once a pay as you use package is purchased, and the client has supplied work for completion, a detailed time sheet will be sent to the client in a format of their choice. This will detail the amount of work spent on the assignment. A timesheet will be sent for each assignment supplied by the client.
All details of the client and of the work supplied are treated as strictly confidential. JS Admin Services Ltd will never intentionally divulge, disclose or communication client information.
JS Admin Services Ltd is happy to sign any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement as required by the client.
All materials supplied by the client shall remain their property and shall be returned upon request.
1. Charges
1.1 JS Admin Services Ltd has two methods of charging; work charged by hourly rate, work charged against a prepaid package.
1.2 Work on assignments will commence upon cleared funds being received and a signed booking form detailing the assignment.
1.3 Pay as you use packages which are purchased can be carried over for a maximum of 30 days before the unused hours will expire.
1.4 Payment should be made by cheque payable to JS Admin Services Ltd or by bank transfer (Bank details will be provided).
1.5 If payment is refused at the bank, the client will bear any charges associated with this return of payment.
1.6 Upon purchase of either hours or a prepaid package, you will receive an invoice for your accounting purposes.
2. Booking Terms
2.1 Each tasks assigned to JS Admin Services will require a completed booking form/acceptance of quotation which will detail the work to be completed, timescales along with details of any documents which are required to be provided by the client along with the preferred transportation method for these documents to reach JS Admin Services. The booking form/quotation will require a signature from the client, and once received by JS Admin Services, will be acknowledged accordingly. Included in this acknowledgement will be an estimated time of completion.
2.2 Should the requirements change from the booking form/quotation, JS Admin Services Ltd reserve the right to amend the estimated time of completion.
2.3 In order to keep my rates competitive and fair, the hourly rate or prepaid packages does not include allowance for miscellaneous expenses such as stationary, printing, fax, postage, CD’s and telephone costs. Miscellaneous costs will be quoted for at the point of receiving the booking form, therefore if a particular assignment requires printing, a quotation will be issued for confirmation from the client before work proceeds.
2.4 Should work be suspended or delayed by the client, JS Admin Services Ltd shall be entitled to a retain payment for work undertaken (calculated in 15 minute increments).
3. Loss/Damage of Client Property
3.1 JS Admin Services Ltd will take reasonable precautions to safeguard the property belonging to its clients. JS Admin Services Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft of data, projects, equipments or any items relating to assignments during transit to, from or at JS Admin Services’ premises.
3.2 Due to the varied nature of JS Admin Services Ltd’s business it is not possible to insure client’s property.
3.3 All incoming emails to JS Admin Services are virus scanned. However, we may still not open unsolicited attachments to emails or emails which have automatically been sent to a “spam” folder in order not to compromise the companies and clients security.
3.4 Work completed by JS Admin Services will be saved for a period of 12 months from completion unless the client specifies a longer period.
4. Completion
4.1 On completion of work, the client will have 7 days to complete a final proof read of the assignment before it is deemed as complete on our books. Any errors generated by JS Admin Services Ltd will be amended free of charge, however any amendments or alterations suggested by the client will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
