I am 28 years old, a mum to a 3 year old and I am very family orientated. I have spent my career in administration for companies in security, manufacturing and insurance, where I have developed and introduced new working methods, and gained extensive knowledge in admin processes as well as fine tuning the "bread and butter" functions such as word processing and spreadsheet design and maintenance.

I started JS Admin in 2009 as a way of being able to achieve a work/family life balance and spend more time with my family, I have a strict work schedule and my hardworking, methodical and dedicated approach has never let a client down!

I like to build strong working relationships with my clients, and I like to do business the "old fashioned" way which is diminishing in today's society. Communication is key and is something I find very important when working in a virtual environment.

I admire home based businesses, working mums and small business that have goal and do everything in their power to reach it. I also understand that of many businesses they want to get on and do what they are good at, and it is for this reason I love picking up the back office functions allowing businesses to drive their organisation forward knowing their admin functions are in the safest of hands.
